MOUNT NEBO - Janet Jobson Campbell, 86, of Mount Nebo died Sept. 26, 1998, in Summersville Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

She was a former member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Charleston, and a member of St. Martin's-in-the-Field Episcopal Church, Summersville. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Wilburn C. Campbell, Fourth Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia, on July 29, 1997.

Surviving: daughter, Jane Englert of Mannerville, Pa.; son, Art Campbell of San Diego; sister, Joan Grizell of Arlington Heights, Ill.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 1 p.m. today at St. Martin's-in-the-Field Episcopal Church with Bishop John Smith and the Rev. Walter Mycoff officiating. Burial will be at a later date in St. Matthew's Church Cemetery, Charleston. There will be no visitation. White Funeral Home, Summersville, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Martin's-in-the-Field Episcopal Church, McKees Creek Road, Summersville, WV 26651.
