Joseph F. Ahart, 36, a former well known resident of this city, died at Lima, Ohio, Friday, May 13, following a brief illness from pneumonia.
Mr. Ahart was born in Oswego, the son of the late Joseph and Jennie Ahart. He was a veteran of the World War, having served for 18 months. He had resided in Cleveland, Ohio for several years after leaving this city.
Surviving is an uncle, Daniel Ahart, 71 Liberty street.
The body well arrive here Sunday in charge of Connell & Halleck and will be taken to the home of his uncle, where funeral will be held, time to be announced.
