She was born on December 6,1925 in Paragon, In. into the home of Harley and Della(Brummett)Guy. Beulah worked at Bloomington Hospitality House as a nursing assistant before her retirement. She was an animal lover, especially her two cats and her dog Bubby. Beulah enjoyed dancing and word find games in her spare time.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sons,Robert, David, and Max Cook; grandson, Micheal Bilderback and her 11 siblings.
Beulah is survived by her children, Darlene Bilderback(Gene)of Lebanon, Jerry Cook(Karen)of Elkston,KY, Jo Ellen White(Albert) of Spencer, Earl Cook of Ellettsville, Donna Stipp(Todd) of Spencer, and Diane Carter of Ellettsville; fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandaughter on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville with burial at Wilkinson Cemetery.
