Phyllis Ann Mitchell, 58, of Palatka, passed away unexpectedly at Putnam Community Medical Center on Friday, August 12, 2011.
She was a lifelong resident of Palatka. She enjoyed shopping, singing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Palatka Moose Lodge Chapter 1915 as well as the United Pentecostal Holiness Church of Palatka
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Juanita Smith and one great nephew, Curtis Ammons.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law Daniel"Yogi" and Sandy Skipper of Birch River, W. VA., and Donnie "Rossco" Mitchell of Palatka; her daughters and sons-in-law, Latrell and Joey Jr. Faulkner of Palatka and Laura and Paul Bragg of Keystone Heights; two brothers and sister-in-law, Loui and Robin Smith of Bostwick and Jesse "Butch" Smith of lake City; her grand children, Audra Faulkner, Rylie Faulkner, Kylie Faulkner, Joey Faulkner III, Dalton Skipper, Dylan Skipper, Devin Parrish, Chloe Bragg, Tyler Rhoden and Hunter Mitchell; and special sister-in-law, Wilma Carroll of Middleburg.
