Nellie Crubaugh was born in 1865 to William M. Crubaugh and Ruth Anna Battin. She was the first of their two children. The family moved to Steuben County, IN shortly after Nellie was born. Nellie was married twice. She first married Harry St. Ody Bremigam in about 1887. They had five children - Mazie Louise Bremigam (b.12/1887), Harry Bremigam (7/1889), William Crubaugh Bremigam (1/1891) and Charles Bremigam (7/1896) in addition to one child not listed in the 1900 census. Harry died in 1897, leaving Nellie a widow with 4 children. She married Frank A. Booth in about 1899. Nellie didn't have any children with Frank. Frank died sometime between 1910 and 1920 and Nellie died in 1937.
