Kathie (McQueen) Henry passed away Saturday,18 July 2009 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born 7 December, 1949 in Madison, WI, daughter of Alice and James McQueen Sr. She was a graduate of Columbia City Joint High School class of 1968. She is survived by her mother, Alice McQueen of Columbia City; daughter, Erin Hively Bair and son, Adam Henry, both of Michigan; grandchildren, Natalie, Jared, Alexis and Rachel; three brothers, Jim (Sue) McQueen, Ron (Julie) McQueen and Scott (Tammy) McQueen, all of Columbia City and many nieces and nephews. Her father preceded her in death. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Covington Memorial Funeral Home, Fort Wayne.
