Born in Branford, Ct. daughter of Horace Irving
VanSands and Nettie Gear VanSands. Married Eugene Remington Pitcher. Moved to Bridgewater,Ct. in late 1930s with her husband and became dairy farmers. She loved him with all her heart & soul and would have followed him anywhere. She was the best grandmother ever, and I am proud to say she was mine.
