Avery Adkins
Avery Adkins, a machine operator for International Harvester CO., since he moved to Memphis in 1949, died at 8:30 last night at Memphis Eye,Ear,Nose and Throat Hospital after a heart attack. He was 48.
Born in Scott County, Tenn., Mr. Adkins was a World War II veteran. He was a Baptist. He lived at 2463 Pershing.
He leaves his wife, Mrs, Glenna Adkins; his daughter, Miss. Betty Adkins of Memphis and his sister, Mrs. William Boling of Jacksboro, Tenn,
Services at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at Cosmopolitian Funeral Home. Burial in Memorial Park.
