JAMES GREEN DIES OF HEART ATTACK WED.
James T. Green of Fulton died Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 at Jones Hospital following a heart attack shortly before 2 p.m.. Mr. Green was Communications Supervisor of the Kentucky and Mississippi Division of the Illinois Central Railroad.
Services will be held Friday afternoon at 2, at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. John Laida, pastor, officiating. Burial under the direction of Paul Hornbeak Funeral Home, will be in Greenlea Cemetery. He was 61.
Mr. Green was born in Mississippi on Dec. 14, 1892, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Green. he began working for the I. C. when he as a young man.
He was a Mason.
Mr. Green leaves his wife Mrs. Bessie Armbruster Green, two daughters, Mrs. Doris Wadley of Memphis and Miss Annie Lee Green of Fulton; a brother, F. P. Green of Arlington, Tenn, four sisters, Mrs. Ola Leach, Mrs. Edd Aughery of Memphis, Mrs. Thelma Boyd of Yazoo City, Miss. and Mrs. W. A. Mahoney of Baton Rouge, La. and one grandchild.
The body will remain at the funeral home until time for the services.
