I just wanted to give you some more information on Mary Elizabeth Bolin. She married Alexander Bolin 21 Sept. 1877 at Perry Co. IN. (Alexander is AKA Ellet, Elet) They are the parents of Ira, William, Daniel, Anderson, Lilly, Mary, Roseann, & Sarah. After Alexander died in 1906, Mary is on the 1910 Census, Patoka township, Pike Co. IN. with children William & Sarah. On 13 Nov. 1917, Pike Co. IN. Mary E. marries 2nd. James Monroe Hayden. This marriage cert. states Mary's parents as John Bolin & Nancy Jane Turner & her birthday as 20 Sept. 1850. Mary Hayden is on the 1920 Patoka, Pike Co. District 0041 with her son Anderson & his children. ( Making the 1918 death date incorrect. Also James M. Hayden was living with his daughter from his 1st marriage in 1920.) On the 1930 Patoka, Pike Co., District 0011, James & Mary Hayden are together. On Mary's death cert.' from Pike Co. IN, dated 9 Aug. 1930: Mary E. Hayden b. Sept. 20 1885, she is 80 years 10 months, 10 days. ( So the 1885 date is a mistake ) Father John Bolin Mother Nancy Jane Turner, Buried at Augusta 11 Aug. 1930. Monroe Hayden gave the information. Mary was married at time of death. Also, I saw a death cert. for a Mary E. Bolin born 20 April 1847 died 14 Sept. 1918. This Mary's father is John Briggs and mother Malina Mahan. The cert. is from Pike Co. IN. This Mary has the wrong birthday & parents to match our Mary. The last item I will mention now is, Alexander was married 1st to Peggy Quick, 10 Sept.1868-Perry Co.IN. They were the parents of Charles, Anna, & Thomas and are on the 1870 census for Perry Co. IN. Peggy must have died and then Alexander married Mary Elizabeth Bolin. I hope this helps with the suggestions I have made to Mary's Find A Grave.
