LAFAYETTE - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2007, in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Andrews Dee Hadley, 80, who passed away Monday, June 25, 2007, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The Rev. Eric Greene, pastor of Thomson Memorial Presbyterian Church of Centreville, Miss., will conduct the funeral services. Interment will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hadley was the son of the late Earl Hadley and the former Truda Leamons, both of Mexia, Texas. Andrews was a native of Mexia, Texas and resident of Lafayette for the past 11 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in World War II. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Frances Hadley; one daughter, Andra Kay Callaway and husband, Jerry, of Baton Rouge; two sons, Francis Dee Hadley and wife, Judith Ann, and Kenneth Wayne Hadley and wife, Lynn, of Baton Rouge; six grandchildren, Amy Marie Hadley of Orlando, Fla., Craig Steven Hadley, of Key West, Fla., Jeffery Wayne Hadley and wife, Katrice, of Jackson, Miss., Kristen Jolyn Greene and husband, Craig, of Baton Rouge, La., Stacy Vera Jemison and husband, Jason, of Livingston, La., and James Wiley, of McComb, Miss.; seven great grandchildren, Jennifer Jemison, Hadley Greene, Jessica Marie Jemison, Samuel Hadley, Hudson Hadley, Cass Greene and Gabe Greene; four sisters, Earlene Bailey, of Poplarville, Miss., Patricia Ann Morgan and husband, Dale, of Liberty City, Texas, Reba Faye Blackwell and husband, Marvin, of Liberty City, Texas, and Judy Carol Barrios and husband, Kenneth, of Belle Chase, La.; and one brother, Leamons Lee Hadley and wife, Florence, of Gilmer, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family requests that visiting hours be observed Friday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and continue Saturday from 8 a.m. until time of service. Pallbearers will be Francis Hadley, Kenneth Hadley, Jeff Hadley, James Callaway, Craig Hadley and Craig Greene. Personal condolences may be sent to the Hadley family at Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, is in charge of all funeral arrangements.
