Mr. William J. "Buddy" Adair, age 71, of Sulligent, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the residence. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 23, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Furnace Hill Cemetery. Bro. Billy Ray Adams will be officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
Mr. Adair was born April 12, 1936 in Lowndes County, MS to Ella Eleise Eaves Adair and the late William Jackson Adair Sr. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Columbus, MS. Mr. Adair was a graduate of Lee County High School in Columbus, MS. He was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
