Robert Louis Albritton, Jr., 54, of Eudora, Miss., shopkeeper for Illinois Central-Gulf Railroad, died of cancer Wednesday at his home. Services were at 10 a.m. Saturday at Eudora (Miss.) Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando, Miss., has charge.
Mr. Albritton was the chief at Eudora Volunteer Fire Department and an Air Force veteran. Mr. Albritton, the husband of Joanne Albritton, also leaves four daughters, Christine Corsey, Kimberly Albritton and Tina Albritton, all of Eudora and Becky Hancock of Nashville; a son, Robert Louis Albritton III of Eudora; his mother, Christine Albritton of Paducah, Ky.; two brothers, Billy Albritton of Paducah and Melvin Albritton of Bartlett, and six grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to the Eudora Volunteer Fire Department.
