When Vivian's parents became old Lee and Vivian built a small house behind their home and moved them to Houston to live with them until the old folks had all passed.
Vivian died in 1980 and Lee Priesmuth lived on in his house until his death in 1986. He was buried beside his late wife in the Adams plot in Morton Cemetery, Richmond, Texas. Lee is the brother-in-law of Lloyd A. Adams and Brian Lewis Adams.
