Graveside services were held for John Paul Graham, age 71, at the Palestine City Cemetery, Palestine, Texas on September 18, 2009 under the direction of Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home. Mr. Graham passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the East Texas Medical Center in Tyler,Texas. John Paul Graham was born September 4, 1938 in Breckenridge, Texas to the late John Graham and Louise Dena Clark O'Dell Graham. He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Rusk State Hospital in Rusk, Texas. He was preceded in death by a son James N. Graham in January 2004. John Paul Graham is survived by his wife of 48 years, Venita Wanda (Rodriquez) Graham, 2 sons, John Rodrick Graham and wife Crystal, Alan Clint Graham and wife Dawn, a daughter April Louise Majors and husband Mark all of Palestine, Texas and numerous grandchildren.
