Birth: Nov. 8, 1965
Death: Dec. 25, 2012

MaryAnn Baum, age 47, of Selbyville, DE, formerly of Middletown, began the celebration of her Eternal Life with Jesus Christ on December 25, 2012.

She was born on November 8, 1965, the daughter of Georgianna Kaylor and Gene and (Barbara) Hendricks and daughter-in-law of Lee and Loretta Baum.

MaryAnn loved cruising with her husband and spending time with her family and friends. She has shared her love of God with many people and spread His Word always. Everyone who knew her was touched by her great strength and her devotion as a woman of faith.

MaryAnn most recently worked as a nail technician at Oh My Hair Salon in Berlin, MD. She volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) and helped raise thousands of dollars with the help of her best friend, Eileen Dudley, for the American Cancer Society's 2012 Relay for Life. MaryAnn's love, passion and generosity for helping others will be greatly missed.

In March of 1999, she married her best friend and love of her life, Richard L. Baum. Adored by her four children: Alisha and (Chris) Cederholm, Kristie Huester, Paul Baum and Carter Baum. She was blessed with one grandchild, Connor Cederholm.

Her siblings loved her deeply and instead of saying goodbye, for now we say "See you soon" to our beloved sister. She has five siblings: Eugene Hendricks, Steve Hendricks, Georgianna and (Larry) Mullen, Virginia Hendricks, and Nicolas and (Angela) Hendricks. She is loved by her sister-in-law, Linda Baum.

A celebration of MaryAnn's life will be on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 1pm at Love of Christ Church, 2157 Bear Corbitt Road, Bear, DE 19701. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, MaryAnn requested that donations be made in her memory to CASA, 124 N. Main Street, Ste. C, Berlin, MD 21811.
