Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Lisa of Plymouth Meeting; and five siblings: Donald Paul of Reno, Nev., Marie A. Dick was a 1955 graduate of Altoona Catholic High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He retired in 1998 after 31 years as owner and operator of R.T. Adams Masonry.

Dick was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and also belonged to the Bavarian Aid Society, American Legion and Catholic War Veterans. He enjoyed building things, all sports, especially the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers, eating junk food, taking care of his green Ford truck, lottery tickets, listening to music and most of all being with his family.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, and 9 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Jones Funeral Home, where a vigil for the deceased will be celebrated during the visitation Monday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Father Carl Spichak officiating. Committal rites will be held at Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville, with military honors provided by the Blair County Veterans Honor Guard.
