Ronald Ray Bradfield
Our beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Great-grandfather, and Friend, Ronald Ray Bradfield, passed away from this earthly existence Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, due to a stroke.
He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 9, 1936. A loving son of the late Clifton and Mary Eloise Bradfield, and was a truly devoted and appreciated brother to the late Glen Bradfield, and surviving sister Mary Lou Bradfield.
Ron grew up in Kaysville, Utah where he graduated from Davis High School in 1956 and later met the love of his life, Patricia Ann Kleitches.
Ron and Patricia were married on November 7, 1958. Patricia was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on May 26, 1960.
Ron worked for the Valtek Corporation, working hard to provide for his family, retiring after 30 years of service.
Ron was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as a High Priest.
Ron had many friends and will be fondly remembered for his friendly personality and his gracious service to many in need of his talents and abilities.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; sons, Robert (Jennie) and David (Heather); Daughters, Cinthia (Joseph) Wilder and Connie (Rock) Waterman; and 1 sister, Mary Lou Bradfield. Ron had 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Clifton and Mary Eloise Bradfield; and his brother, Glen.
The Family wishes to give their heartfelt thanks to the staff in the Intermediate Care Unit at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center for their loving care and support.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Edgemont 6th Ward Chapel, 4000 North 650 East. Prior to services, a viewing will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2006 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at the Church. Interment, Eastlawn Memorial Hills.
