Janice A. Anderson, 54, McConnellsburg, died Thursday, Aug 2, 2001, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown. Born May 30, 1947, Mt. Union, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Bertha (Roher) Shehan. She was married to William Anderson, McConnellsburg, whom she married June 30, 1989. She was of the Methodist faith and worked as a seamstress for Sagner of McConnellsburg earlier in life. After that, she then worked at the PA Photo License Center, after which she became a housewife. Surviving are a son, Philip Anderson, Fayetteville; daughter Carlie Anderson, McConnellsburg; four brothers: Raymond, Venicia, CA; Walden, Radcliff, KY; Donald, Lewes, DE; Frank, McConnellsburg; and a sister Mary Keener, Falling Waters, WV. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tammy, two sisters, Joanne Shehan and Norma Hamman. Funeral services were held at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, McConnellsburg, Monday, August 6th at 7 PM. Rev. Ken Cornelius oficiated.
