Lee Burner, 88 yr old pioneer of Kingfisher County, died Tuesday, Dec 18, 1957, in a Enid Convalscent home follow a short illness.

Lee was born in Clark Co, Illinois and he came to Oklahoma in 1907. He lived on a farm east of Hennessey until 1947 when he moved to town. His wife, Julia A. (Millis) Burner and one son, Frank, preceded him in death. Survivors include five sons, Ray of Hennessey, Ralph of McClune, Kansas, William of Enid, Russell of Tulsa, LeRoy of Houston, Texas. Three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Yeoman of Dover, Mrs. Eunice Wilson of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Juanita Williams of Douglas. Lee was buried at the Lyon Valley Cemetery, 5 east 1 north of Hennessey. Lee was born April 4, 1868.
