Joseph Howard Morgan married in GA. (wife unknown) Born to Howard and his first wife were two sons;

Clyde Morgan.

(Howard's first wife died in GA.)

Sometime after the civil war, Howard and his two young sons migrated along with Howard's father, Henry Randolph Morgan, to Texas, where Joseph Howard met and married Ada Elvira Riley in Granbury, TX. Later they moved to Indian Territory, OK. where Howard died in 1932 at age 64.
