"George A. Plunk died at his home a few miles southwest of Doniphan Tuesday night a few minutes past midnight. He was about 82 years old and had been a blind pensioner for several years. He is survived by his wife and four sons and one daughter, viz: Carrol of Poplar Bluff, E. A., R. L., and Vel of this county and Mrs. Ida Decker of Acorn. Funeral will be today (December 12) at the Plunk Cemetery."
