Born to Mr & Mrs Peder Pederson, in Stordalen, Norway. Married Erik Andreas Ellingson on Aug 22, 1866 in Trondheim Domkirke, Norway. Siblings were Louisa married Ole Iverson and Mary married Unknown Rollofoson. Petrine & Andreas came to USA in 1869, and settled in Little Falls, Polk Co., Wisconsin. Children were Amelia, Anna, Ida, Pauline, Petra & Peter Albert. Petrine & family were charter members of Little Falls Lutheran Church. Died at age 75. An anvil & auger were placed in the cemetery as a headstone for Andreas & Petrine by their son Peter, as a memorial. Andreas had brought these from Norway, his trade was a blacksmith.
