Born near Albrightsville, Pennsylvania.
William Frederick Aberly's father, John (Johannes Eberle), was killed in a lumbering accident near Albrightsville, PA.
As an adult, Wm. Frederick Aberly moved to North Carolina to begin a lumber company. He was an official and owner of the Pine Lumber Company. He was also on the board of directors of The Peoples Bank.
From 1904 until his death he lived at 1215 National Ave., New Bern, North Carolina.
