Rensselaer Republication-An old gentleman named Bodamer, died last Thursday, at Stoutsberg, in Wheatfield Township. The cause of his death was Bright's disease, and his age about 65 years. He had been a resident of the county only a year or two, having previouslsy lived in Lake County. The funeral was held Friday, in the Luthern Church, at Wheatfield, and was conducted by the M.E. minister.
Buried in the town of Wheatfield,Jasper County, and at the time was known as the "Davis Cemetery". The original Davis Cemetery of course grew in time and with expansions of land is now just known as the "Wheatfield Cemetery".
