Last Will and Testament of R. A. Adams
I R. A. Adams of said State and county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Wills heretofore made by me.
I desire my executrix herein after named, to pay all of any just debts as soon as possible after my death.
I give and bequeath to my wife Mrs. Elizabeth Adams, all of my property of every kind and character, real, person and mixed, the title to the same shall vest at my death absolutely and unconditionally in her.
I suggest to my said wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Adams, that in disposing of my estate among my heirs, that she divide the same equally among all of my children, except that she shall require my married daughter, Martha Adams Bigham, to account for two thousand & five hundred dollars ($2500) heretofore advanced by me to her.
I nominate and appoint my said wife Mrs. Elizabeth Adams the executrix of this my last Will and testament. She shall not be required to give any bond, nor to make my returns at any time to the court of Ordinary. If she desires to sell any part of my estate, she is authorized to do so, either by public or private sale, without having to obtain any order from any court for the purpose of making such sale and without advertising such sale for any tme or in any manner.
In testimony wherein I have hereto set my hand this the 15th day of January, 1906.
