Angeline M. Harris Adams, 77 years, 11 months, and 1 days old, passed away on February 22, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO.
Angie was born March 21, 1936 in Pontiac, Michigan to Edward Luther and Rose Mary (Maritz) King.
Angie was a resident of the Ava community for a several years. Angie was a retired House Cleaner for Home Health Care. She had also worked for Superior Plastic Co. in Michigan.
On May 18, 2010 Angeline and Robert Nelson Adams were united in marriage in Ava, MO. She was a Christian and of the Pentecost faith. She had been attending the Faith Rock Church. She enjoyed playing Bingo, doing crafts and visiting with people. One of her special joys was attending the Golden Age Games. She had won over 15 medals. Angie loved giving hugs.
Angie was preceded by her parents, her husband, Robert Nelson Adams, a son, John Wayne Harrison, seven brothers and one sister.
Angie is survived by the Adams family and her friends at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare in Ava.
Memorial services for Angie will be Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare in Ava. Burial will be at a later date at Murray Cemetery. Officiating will be Chaplain Jeff Smith. Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
