Face 3 of 3 of short pillar stone.
Composition of gravestone: gray marble
Type of gravestone: short pillar stone
This individual is on a short, gray pillar stone. There are three names inscribed on the stone:
Face 1 of 3: "Infant"
Face 2 of 3: what appears to be "Hannah"
Face 3 of 3: "Infant"
The style of the stone is identical to the John(1772) and Catharine(1784) KEPPLE stone about 20 feet away (see the photos). So I am assuming that this infant is one of their grandchildren. It just so happens that one of their daughter's Catharine (KEPPLE) ARTMAN(1807) is buried even closer to these children. So I am assuming that she is their mother.
1853 (or 1858)
AGD __ _O
The "O" at the end of the line beginning with "AGD" is the second letter of "MO" for "month," and indicates she was less than a year old when she died.
Note: Reading this stone is almost impossible.
This person is not listed in the 2003 Pleasant Hill Cemetery report.
This stone is at the rear of Saltsman's Section B near the woods.
