Michael Tad Hatley, South Houston, 46, passed away Friday, Dec. 29, 2011 at Memorial Herman Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, Jan. 5 at Forest Park East Funeral Home with James Borego of First Baptist Church of South Houston officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Wednesday, Jan. 4 at Forest Park East Funeral Home Chapel in Webster. Michael was born Sept. 3, 1965 in Pasadena, Texas. He was the son of Marshall Hayes Hatley and the late Shirley Hight Hatley. Michael was a very compassionate, caring and giving individual. He is survived by his father Marshall Hayes Hatley and step-mom Kathryn; brother C. Marshall, Sister Robin, step-sister Danielle (Mark) Gonzalez; family members and friends and special K-9 companion Brandi. Michael served as an EMS Systems Status Controller at the EMS Pasadena Communications Center for ETMC.
