George M. Albright, 42, of Mayflower Rd., Rt. 7, near Wea School, died at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 3, 1962, at Home Hospital where he had been a patient for 10 days; he had been ill since January. A native of Lafayette, he had been employed as a gear cutter for Fairfield Manufaturing Co. He was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army Medical Corps.
In 1947, he was married to Barbara Bailey who survives. In addition to his widow, he is survived by three children, all at home, Kenny, Delores and Dorothy; his mother, Mrs. Rose Albright of Brookston; a brother, Richard Albright of Clarks Hill; and a sister, Mrs. Clayton Markland of Zionsville. Services April 5 at Soller-Baker Chapel, Rev. A.B. Meyer officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
