Although Rebecca was pregnant, they continued on to Texas, coming down the Mississippi River, then up the Red River across Louisiana and into Texas at Jefferson. Rebecca gave birth to Pauline Cobb 1869-70 in Texas. The family continued on to Cass County where they are found on the 1880 census.
