Leo "Doc" Marsh, 76, of Baring died Wednesday afternoon (August 5, 1981) at the Hostel House in Edina where he had been a resident since May 6 of this year.

Funeral services were at the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel in Edina at 2 p.m. Friday (Aug. 7, 1981) with the Rev. Archie Cooper of Kirksville officiating. Burial was in the Greensburg Cemetery.

Born October 3, 1904, in Scotland County, he was the son of Simeon B. and Fannie (Richardson) Marsh. He is survived by two brothers, Harold Marsh of Clarence and Myraid William Marsh of Montrose, Iowa; one sister, Mrs. Harold C. (Eva) Rogers, of Route 6, Kirksville; and four nieces and five nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Floyd B. Marsh, in 1956.

Mr. Marsh had lived his entire life in Baring. He was a school bus driver for the Baring Schools and also an auto mechanic. He was a member of the Greensburg Christian Church.

Bearers were John Webber, DeVerne Marsh, Glennon Marsh, Ron Rogers, Bob Rogers and J. D. Rogers.
