Lloyd was born to Bertha Mae Abbott from Eubank,Kentucky and James W Alexander from Eubank,Kentucky. Lloyd married Maxine Servies from Ladoga,Indiana on 28 Sep 1938 in Montgomery Co.,Indiana. They had three daughters Linda Lou,Emma Joyce and Sandra Ann. Lloyd married Vivian Louise Waldon Burkett from Crawfordsville,Indiana on 09 Feb 1946 in Montgomery Co.,Indiana. They had two daughters,Donna and Sherry. Lloyd was a Sergeant and Infantry Squad leader with the U.S. Army in the central European Theatre during World War II. He attended a shop maintenance course at Purdue University in 1951. Lloyd joined the ranks at Ingress Plastine in 1947 as a press operator,later he was a semi-driver and a foreman of the plants material and mixing department. Lloyd recieved a diamond anniversary emblem for 25 years of service from the president of the firm Vernon L Waldon[my Grand Uncle]. Lloyd is my Grand Uncle.
