Mrs. Margaret Ackerman, wife of Charles J,. Ackerman, 423 Main Street, McSherrystown, died at her home Thursday afternoon at 1:20 o'clock. Death followed an illness of three years. She would have observed her fifty-third birthday anniversary on November 6.
Mrs. Ackerman was a daughter of the late James Timmins and Mrs. Annie Timmins.
Surviving are her husband: her mother, who resides at the Ackerman home; three children, Miss Catherine Ackerman, at home; Mrs. James Long, McSherrystown and Paul E. Ackerman, Littlestown; two grandchildren and two brothers, John Timmins, McSherrystown and Edward Timmins, Edge Grove.
