"James Arbuckle, a well-known and much respected citizen, died at his home northwest of New Washington Sunday night after a brief illness, in his 70th year. He was buried by the Masonic order at the Fouts cemetery Tuesday. His wife survives." Note: His second wife was Sarah Jane Cook. They were married in Jefferson County, IN on 5 Oct 1892.
James L. Arbuckle was the son of Thomas Arbuckle and Sarah Jane Montgomery.
