Louisa was born in Muehlhausen, Hesse, Germany to Nicolaus J Kuech (64219875) and Martha Elizabeth Christine Kuech (née: Schuchardt) (64219935). She immigrated with her parents at the age of 5 to a farm near Waco, Nebraska where she was raised to womanhood. On February 21, 1901, she married William Elwood Biehl, Sr. They settled on a farm in York County, Nebraska for 6 years. They then moved to a farm near Lexington, Nebraska where they lived for 40 years. They had 11 children, 7 sons and 4 daughters, all whom survive except for her first child, a son who died in infancy (Norman Biehl 94444286). Her husband William Elwood Biehl, Sr passed away before her on August 19, 1937. She was also survived by 17 grandchildren.
