Adams, Charles "Devon", 74, beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Gehm) died at 6 p.m. Monday, November 13th at Middletown Regional Hospital.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sons; David (Kay) of Knoxville, Tenn. and Douglas (Tiffany) of Cincinnati. Five grandchildren also survive their Papa; Michael, Jonathon, Megan, Blake and Brooks. His honesty, integrity, character, love for God, his wife of 52 years & his family are a legacy that will always be treasured. Devon was an honors graduate of Miami University '54 and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. His professional career was in Financial Management with General Motors Corporation. He served Knothole Baseball as a coach & manager for 10 years, was a member of P.R.O.M.I.S.E.S., treasurer of the Middletown, Ohio-Furukawa, Japan Sister City organization for 15 years and a life-long member of the Breiel Blvd. Church of God where he served as treasurer for 13 years and on several boards. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was awarded medals & trophies for his expert marksmanship.
