Mrs. Nora Belle Adams, age 78, of the Glendale community died Sunday, November 2, 1975 in a Pensacola hospital.
Mrs. Adams was a native of Coffee County, Alabama and had lived in Walton County for the past 59 years.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. John Adams of DeFuniak Springs; five daughters, Mrs. Willie B. Bell and Mrs Dorothy Mooney, both of DeFuniak Springs, Mrs. Corene Brackens of Orlando, Mrs. Jewell Parker of Monticello, Mrs. Vera Evans of Gulf Breeze; three sons, Dewitt Adams and Elwood Adams, both of DeFuniak Springs, John L. Adams of Tonkawa, Oklahoma,; one sister, Mrs. Floy Brown of DeFuniak Springs; one brother, Mr. Chralie Sullivan of Gulf Breeze; 22 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Commander Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ivy Watson officiating. Burial followed in Gum Creek Cemetery with Commander Funeral Home directing.
