Born in Piana dei Greci (Piana Degli Albanese), Palermo, Sicily, to Giuseppe Clesceri and Rosa Marino. Sister to Giorgio, Anna, Vita and Angelo Clesceri. Came to America in 1898, with her husband Andrea Capaci, son Giorgio and daughter Anna, and settled in Los Angeles, CA. Mother to two children. Grandmother to 10 children. Great-Grandmother to 27 children. She loved to bake Italian desserts for her grandkids and great-grandkids when they came over to her house.
