Miss Helen Armstrong

Miss Helen Armstrong, 47, a native of Boliver County and living at Route 3, Winona, died Saturday, January 1, 1977 at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

She was the daughter of Leo Armstrong and the late Clara Mae Gibson Armstrong.

She is survived by her father, Leo Armstrong of Winona; 4 sisters, Mrs. Roy Rosamond of Kosciusko, Mrs. R. W. Miller, Mrs. J. W. Gibson and Mrs. Robert Welch, all of Vaiden.

Services were held at Hebron Baptist Church, Sunday, January 2, 1977 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. J. D. Amason and the Rev. Ed Kennedy officiating. Burial was in Hebron Cemetery in Montgomery County with Jordan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Lethal Mann, Aaron Dees, Henry Higgenbotham, Wendall Gordon, Douglas Gibson, Jerry Summerhill, Charlie Ingram and Joe Don Dees.
