JACKSON CEMETERY, Cassia County; IDAHO
** There is a (4) post concrete structure that encloses a gravesite & plot, inside this area of the Jackson Cemetery. One can see where a headstone use to be, but the headstone has been broken off. Nothing remains of the headstone, except the bottom base of concrete. **
The Jackson Cemetery was cleaned up on 26th Feb. 2006. While cleaning this gravesite, there was an existing old wire fence that use to encircle the grave plot itself. The wire fencing had been trampled into the grave, & covered with dirt, weeds, etc; etc;... once raked, & weeded, & cleaned up, the existing wire fence was "propped" back up into place around the grave itself.
A small "chunk" and piece of the original headstone was found amongst the rubble on top of the grave, & the only thing left of the headstone itself was the letter "E." in which appeared to be a middle "initial."
To date, there is no identification just "WHO" is buried in this particular plot within the Jackson Cemetery. The broken piece from the headstone (letter "E.") was lovingly placed along side a rock at the head of the grave, bright, "glittery" confetti was sprinkled atop the grave & decorated with silk flowers by Volunteers.
