Eliza Ann Tovell was the daughter of James and Maria Darby Tovell. She married Hiram Black August 30th 1860 in Wellington County, Ontario. Eliza and Hiram had four known children, Emma Louise, Ida, Alfred and Arthur. Death and Burial for Eliza and Hiram from Wellington County
