Rebecca Dando was born about 1758 in England. In 1790 she married Gaetano Brandi at St. Anne's Church Soho. Rebecca and Gaetano Brandi had at least four children, Joseph born 1791 with no records found beyond his christening; Rebecca, born about 1792 who married dancing teacher Edward Corbett Bessell; and Caroline Camilla, born about 1794 who married merchant and patented writing pen designer Thomas Kent Clay and Louisa born after 1798 who married Edward Gardner. Rebecca Brandi Bessell had one documented daughter and possibly had six children some who had families of their own; Caroline Camilla Brandi Clay had at least six documented children who married and had children of their own. Rebecca Dando Brandi was buried the 27th of April 1842 in St. Pancras Churchyard.
