Linda Day, 72, of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at her residence.

She was a native of Lewis, Kansas, a TPA member, a member of the VFW Womens Auxiliary and a volunteer at the HMH Cancer Center. Linda was honored to be named Mary Kays monthly "Miss Go-Give" two times during her career as a Mary Kay sales director. She loved the life it allowed her to live for 37 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Joseph Day; her parents, Ora and Hattie Mae Clawson; a brother, Larry Clawson; and a sister, Judy Naylor.

She is survived by a son, Dusty (Annette) Day of Flintville, Tennessee; a daughter, DeDee (Ed) Evans of New Carlisle, Ohio; and four grandchildren, Justin (Taylor) Evans, Austin Evans, Dustin Day and Brandi Day.

The funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brothers Dave Kennedy and Tim Underhill officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and continues at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
