Survivors include: wife, Frances Ball; daughter, Rhonda Ball, San Diego, Calif.; sons, Ronald Ball of Tehachapi, Calif., Michael Ball, Palm Coast, Fla., and Greg Ball of San Marcos, Calif.; sisters, Dorothy Cain of Borrego Springs, Calif., and Elizabeth Fenske, Prunedale; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 28 in the El Camino Memorial Sorrento Valley Chapel, San Diego. The scattering o his ashes will take place at sea.
