Norman Easton Bergman was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and, before his death, had received all the sacred ordinances since he was born under the covenant. He was previously married to Mary Elizabeth Cochran 04 Apr 1937. They had two sons, Wayne (now of Oregon), born in 1938, and Terry (now of Alaska), born about 1941. Norman and Mary Elizabeth went their separate ways through divorce about 1942. Norman subsequently met and married Dorothy Violet Beckwith. No children were born of this marriage. Norman was a hard-working, dedicated employee of the Westinghouse Corporation of many years until his ultimate retirement on disability due to becoming afflicted with brain cancer. His loving, devoted wife, Dorothy, cared for him in their Menlo Park home until his death.
