Lived in Hartley Township of Union County. George died between the time he made his will, 6 December 1819 and when it was entered into probate in Union County on 15 May 1820.

[A search of period burial sites in western Union County by Carl Catherman has failed to find grave markers for George and his wife, Christina. It is presumed that their graves were either unmarked, or that the markers have perished in the more than two centuries since their passing.]
