He was a 1980 graduate of Atoka High School, attended Okmulgee Institute of Technology, worked for OPUBCO, served in the U.S.Navy and was a graduate of Demarge College.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, Carl K. and Alice R. Jones; Harold and Jeanette Hayes; aunt Bessie Campbell.
He is survived by his mother, Peggy J. Hayes of Oklahoma City; sisters, Shannon Hayes, Oklahoma City, Holly Hayes, San Leandro, CA., Pethi Hayes, Atoka, OK., Dion Jones, Norman, OK.; brother, Aaron Hayes, Atoka, OK.; step-mother,Eddie L. Hayes, Atoka, OK; daughters, Heather and Haley Hayes, Noble, OK. and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 30, 2005, at Smith & Kernke Chapel. Interment will follow in the Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK.
