I know that he died on the White River in Arkansas of yellow fever with several of his children and then Catherine (his wife) got in the buggy and went back to Alabama with Alice Frances McCraw who was a baby. The court house where they had land had burn...(Read more)

I would be your great great grand daughter. Your daughter Alice Frances McCraw is my great grandmother buried in the same cemetery.

I believe the person buried here is his wife who would be my great great grandmother Catherine Snider. I often think of the hard life you had and gain courage from your perseverance.
