Daughter of William Buck Chiles and Ann Eliza Young Chiles of Giles County, Tennessee, Ida married Edward Porter Clark, also of Giles County, Tennessee. Her children were Walter Clark, William Floyd Clark, Edwin Porter Clark, Harvey Clay Clark, and infant Fannie May Clark who died 15 days after her mother's death.
After Ida died, her husband married widow Lettia M. Roberts Aldridge. He died in 1916 and is buried in the Clark family plot in the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
The baby Fannie May is buried next to her mother. Their burial is recorded in the Glenwood Cemetery and found in the Ellis County Cemetery Book, Volume 2 page 37......

"Mrs. E. P. Clark, wife of a young farmer near Bardwell, died yesterday. The interment took place today at Glenwood Cemetery near Nash."
